It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve realize that living in Saint Tropez for the summer definitely demanded my FULL attention. I had promised myself that I would do my very best to live in the moment. Every single moment, if I could. I wanted to learn more French (and have done so) and to soak up as much sunshine (and tan) as possible.
Okay, so it is sunny EVERY day in Saint Tropez. Seriously. Maybe it’s a bit windy, or maybe a tad overcast in the morning, but the sun is almost always shining. And it lights up the colorful village of St. Tropez perfectly.
It’s a designer’s heaven in St. Tropez. From the clothing and architecture, to the sculptures and paintings, inspiration is all around. The antique shops are some of the most curated in the country. Priceless items are at every corner and mixing the old with the new is a European way of life. I fall in love with something extraordinary every day.
A quick tidbit about Saint Tropez; in the beginning of off-season, Mrs. Doubtfire roams the streets. Yes, that’s right, I said MRS. EUPHEGENIA DOUBTFIRE lives here! And she is just as amazing in person as my childhood self had imagined.
